POSITION OVERVIEW:

Schutz is looking for a full-time Sales Associate to join our team! This position will work alongside the sales team in elevating company standards. Our Sales Associates are responsible for optimizing the client experience by creating connections, offering hospitality, providing recommendations and listening to the customer’s needs. This position is responsible for driving the business forward by fostering the development of loyal shoppers, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of all products and maintaining the brand’s visual standards throughout the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by creating an engaging interactive experience
• Help expand clientele while continuing to service existing client base
• Resolve customer service issues promptly
• Ensure customer’s needs are met or surpassed while leaving the clients with a memorable brand experience

• Maintains a clean working environment and ensure presentation of product and store is consistent to standard

• Communicates all store related issues to Store Manager when unable to solve on their own
• Performs opening/closing duties as required
• Uses time effectively when not servicing clients

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Schutz is looking for a Full-Time Stock Associate to join our Team! This position will collaborate with Store Manager and Stock Lead to assist with stockroom operations, stockroom organization and store maintenance. The Stock Associate role is responsible for movement of merchandise in and out of store, loss prevention and could include assistance in visual floor moves. Stock Associates must demonstrate time management skills and a strong sense of urgency in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sales associates in maximizing the shopping experience for customers
• Assist in processing all product movement in/out of store
• Assist sales team by running shoes to and from the stock room
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company procedures and safety requirements
• Ensure stock room is organized, clean, and merchandise is floor ready at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and sell; process and replenish merchandise; receive and monitor floor stock; maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are represented
• Execute transfers, RTVs, damages and customer charge sends
• Notify management of any shipment discrepancies and missed markdowns in the stock room
• Provide clear communication to management regarding product levels and other needs as soon as they arise
• Coordinate obsolete, lost and damaged inventory
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, displaying maintenance, cleaning store, and returning product to inventory
• Assist with all other store operations duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by Store Manager and/or Stock Lead
• Process omni orders from ecommerce online sales through ship station
• Package omni orders from online sales and make them ready for FEDEX pickup

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-2 year’s previous stock experience in a retail setting is a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and the POS register system
• Mobility to kneel, stoop, climb ladders, use stairs, reach, pull and lift weights of usually 5-30 pounds
• Highly organized and efficient with the capability to prioritize and multitask
• Flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holiday
