DO I NEED TO CREATE A SCHUTZ ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

There is no need to create an account to make a purchase, however, we recommend that you create a SCHUTZ account to enjoy benefits such as:

Amazon Pay

Use your stored details from an Amazon account to quickly provide your payment information and complete your purchase.

Afterpay

Use an Afterpay account to pay for your purchase through four equal installments due every two weeks. This payment option is only available on U.S orders.

Shop Pay

Use Shop Pay to pay automatically. Remember to apply your payment information, as this payment option is only available for U.S orders.

Google Pay

This is a secure and private digital wallet that gives you quick access to payment cards, passes, tickets, keys, or IDs that you choose for storing.

Gift Card

Use Gift Cards generated through a Return process at checkout. You’ll be able to apply multiple Gift Cards.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Inside U.S orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and are shipped within 1-3 business days, beginning after the order is placed and approved.

Outside US orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), and are shipped within 1-5 business days, beginning after the order is placed and approved.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information. For orders shipped within the U.S, orders will be delivered by FedEx. All other orders will be shipped through DHL. Please note that tracking details may not be available until the package has been received and scanned into the courier's system.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

In order to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. But we can try to cancel the order if you contact our Customer Service team within 15 minutes of placing your order.
