DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

We are pleased to offer a price adjustment for you. Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

If you purchased an item on our website at a higher price than another website, your request must be made within 7 days after your order was placed;

The item priced at a lower value must have exactly the same characteristics as the purchased item (same item, color, and size;)

It is necessary that you provide the link of the item priced at a lower value (screenshots will not be considered);

The item priced at a lower value must be available (in stock) at the time of verification by the Customer Service;

We do not apply discounts and promotions that are specific to other sites, nor to orders placed as part of a limited-time offer. Eligibility will be confirmed by the customer care team;

Price Adjustments are not eligible for orders that were bought on sale or limited-time offer;

Items considered FINAL SALE are not eligible for Price Adjustment.

The price difference will be given through a Discount Code, with an expiration date of 30 days after it is received. It will be generated within 5 business days from the request, if applicable.

No refunds will be processed for price adjustments.

THE STRAP ON MY SHOES WAS LOST/DAMAGED. DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENTS?

While we cannot guarantee that we will have the strap for your shoe available, we will certainly do our best to locate a replacement for you. Be aware that we do not sell spare parts or missing pieces. Please contact us with the details of your shoe style and color and we will attempt to obtain a replacement as quickly as possible

At the moment, we are not working with Gift Card sales.
