You need to create an account at My Account Page. Once the account is created, you will already be participating in the loyalty program and able to view your balance. You can understand the program better when visiting schutz-shoes.com/pages/about-rewards and redeem your rewards on this page.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS AND WHAT BENEFITS DO I RECEIVE FOR BEING A SCHUTZ REWARDS MEMBER?
As a Schutz Rewards Member, you'll gain access to a lot of benefits! In addition to receiving 5 points for every $1 you spend, there will also be other ways to score points, starting with adding your birthday, you'll receive 1000 points on Essential tier, or or the score according to your current tier. After your purchase, if you review your products, you'll earn 30 points for each! Finally, for those who want to follow us on Instagram, you'll gain 100 points for doing so.
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT PROGRAM TIERS, AND WHAT'S THE PROCESS TO MOVE UP?
The program has four tiers based on your points: 1. Essential (10+ points): Free economy shipping on orders of $100+ and 1,000 birthday points. 2. Trendy (200+ points): Free shipping on orders of $100+, early access to new arrivals, special sales, and exclusive points days. 3. bold (400+ points): Free shipping, 1,500 birthday points, and priority customer support. 4. Schutzy (800+ points): Free shipping, 2,000 birthday points, event invitations, special gifts, and additional perks.
WHAT DOES MY BIRTHDAY REWARD ENTAIL AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE IT?
Please be informed that the Birthday reward is issued to customers on an annual basis. Therefore, if a customer's birthday has already occurred before they entered their date of birth, they will receive the reward on their birthday for the following year. However, if a customer happens to input that their birthday is today, then they will receive the reward right away. Now, if your birthday is in May, then you will get a reward in May 2024. 😊
CAN I APPLY REWARDS TO SHIPPING AND TAXES?
Taxes and shipping costs will not be counted in the Schutz Rewards Program, only the value of the product.
IF I RETURN MY ITEMS, DO I LOSE MY POINTS?
Points credited from an order that has been returned will be forfeited and removed from the account at the same time. When a return occurs, your points will downgrade.
IN THE CASE OF A SALE PRODUCT, ARE POINTS ACCUMULATED BASED ON THE PRICE PAID OR THE PRODUCT'S ORIGINAL PRICE?
If the product purchased is a sale item, the number of points will be based on the amount paid for the product at checkout.
DO MY REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?
Yes. If points are not used, they expire 12 months after your purchase.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY POINTS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?
Your points are credited 15 days (about 2 weeks) after your purchase into your account, which you will be notified about via email.
HOW DO POINTS MULTIPLY?
Each tier has its own multiplier. Additionally, there will be special campaigns offering opportunities for points to multiply for a limited time. Keep tabs on our emails and SMS channels where these campaigns will be announced first!
CAN I USE MULTIPLE COUPON CODES?
SCHUTZ does not work with stackable codes, which means that you cannot combine codes and special promotions.
HOW CAN I UPDATE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT, SUCH AS: NAME, ADDRESS, BIRTHDAY, OR E-MAIL ADDRESS?
To change your name, address, e-mail or telephone number, you need to go directly to the Account Details page, by clicking on the following link My Account Page. To change your birthday, you must contact Customer Service, as it can only be changed once a year.

WHEN WAS THE COMMENCEMENT DATE OF THE SCHUTZ REWARDS PROGRAM?
Returns and other adjustments, such as a price adjustment, may reduce or eliminate your points balance. “Net Purchases” means purchases of Schutz merchandise in-store at Schutz retail locations and/or via the Website during the period commencing on or after October 1, 2023, less all sales tax, redeemed Rewards (defined below) or gift cards, shipping and handling fees, returns, price adjustments and other discounts.
