Arzz International Inc. dba Schutz (“Schutz,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing footwear and accessories, services, content, and related products to our customers. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to and governs any and all Personal Information (as defined below) you provide to us or we collect about you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) while visiting or using the www.schutz-shoes.com website (“Website”). This Privacy Policy applies whether you access the Website through a personal computer, mobile device, or other device.
Together with our Terms and Conditions [https://schutz-shoes.com/pages/terms-conditions] (the “Terms”), this Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you and Schutz. By accessing or using the Website or by registering for a User Account (as defined in the Terms), you consent to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, including our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information as provided below. Personal Information Defined
We define “Personal Information” as your first and last name, your e-mail address, your home or other physical address, including a street name and name of a city or town, your telephone number, your social security number, any payment or financial information, or any other identifier that permits Schutz to contact a natural human person, like you, and/or any information that Schutz maintains that could be used to identify you in combination with any of the identifying information described above.
Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information, which is data we collect automatically about the use of the Website (“Aggregate Information”). The Privacy Policy does not restrict or limit our collection and use of such Aggregate Information, and we reserve the right to share such Aggregate Information with potential partners or other third parties without restriction. Aggregate Information does not include data we collect automatically about the use of the Website when combined with any information capable of identifying a natural human person.
Information That We Collect

Information You Give Us. We receive and store any Personal Information you post on or provide through the Website or through any other means, including when you register for a User Account, purchase our products, subscribe to our Services (as defined in the Terms), or request information from us. You understand that it is your choice to provide us with this information. Credit Card Information. We will require your payment or credit card information in order for the Payment Processor to process purchases. This includes your name, payment or credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and authentication codes or related information as needed to authorize the charge and complete the transaction. Credit card data is transferred over a Secured Sockets Layer (“SSL”) line if you are using an SSL enabled browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome. We also use SSL on other select pages where you enter Personal Information. This ensures that the Personal Information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet. Log Data. The web servers hosting the Website may also collect “log data.” Log data provides aggregate information about the number of visits to different pages on the Website. - Social Media Integration. We may provide you the opportunity to connect your User Account with other social media platforms, including Facebook. When you participate in social features the information you provide may be shared with others by the operators of those platforms. “Do Not Track”: Section 22575 of the California Business & Professions Code requires website and online service operators to disclose whether they honor web browser “Do Not Track” settings. Schutz supports and honors “Do Not Track” web browser settings. If you enable “Do Not Track” settings in the browser you are using, Schutz will, to the extent feasible, not collect, store, or use Personal Information about websites you visit using that browser other than www.schutz-shoes.com. Other parties, however, may not honor “Do Not Track” signals.
Use of Personal Information
Schutz stores your Personal Information for as long as you maintain a User Account with us, use our Services, purchase our products, or post content that may contain Personal Information, on the Website. Personal Information provided by you or obtained through the Website may be used by us to, among other things:
- Communicate with you by email, regular mail, telephone, or mobile devices, about products or services that may be of interest to you, either from us or from third parties;
- Customize your user experience;
- Manage our business;
- Create and maintain your User Account;

Children
The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from users under the age of 13 or from other websites or services directed at children. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”), we will not knowingly request or collect Personal Information from any child under age 13 without obtaining the required parental consent. Children can browse the Website without any Personal Information being collected.

Updating or Correcting Your Information
If you would like to view your Personal Information, or delete or modify incorrect parts thereof, you may do so by sending an email to dataprotection@schutzusa.com. We may be required to keep this information rather than delete it or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements. Please note that when we delete any Personal Information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives.
Third Party Links
The Website may contain links to other websites. We do not control, and make no representations whatsoever regarding, such other websites or the products and services offered by or through websites accessed through links on the Website, even those with which Schutz may have an affiliation. If you decide to access third party websites linked through the Website you do so at your own risk, and subject to the policies and terms of such websites.
In addition, the Website may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and widgets, such as the “Share This” button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Website. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy and terms of the company providing it.
Securing Your Information Online

By providing your email address to Schutz through the Website, you affirmatively and expressly consent to receiving commercial emails from Schutz. You may unsubscribe from these commercial emails at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions included in any email or by contacting Schutz via email at dataprotection@schutzusa.com or at the mailing address provided below. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect our communications with you via telephone, text message or email related to any business we may have with you as an owner or other transactional emails.
Non-EU International Visitors
The Website is hosted in and provided from the United States. If you use the Website from Canada or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States. The United States does not have the same data protection laws as Canada and some other regions. By providing your Personal Information, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States and the use of your Personal Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Terms Applicable to Data from European Union (“EU”) Member Countries
The Website is directed at consumers in the United States. In most cases, the Personal Information we collect is stored and used in the United States. While we do not direct our products or services to residents of the EU, it is possible that EU residents may access and use the Website. If we collect Personal Information from EU residents in a manner subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) then, in addition to the above, the following terms shall also apply to our collection, use and retention of that information:
Compliance with Privacy Shield Principles. We support the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework principles (“Privacy Shield Principles,” e.g., Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability) regarding the collection, use and retention of Personal Information from EU Member Countries. Although we are not registered under the Privacy Shield, we make every effort to comply with these principles when handling Personal Information from residents of the EU Member Countries. However, our compliance with these principles may be limited (a) to the extent necessary to meet applicable national security, public interest, or law enforcement requirements; or (b) by statute, governmental regulation, or case law. Basis for Collection. As set out above, we collect and process Personal Information for which you have given your express consent at the time of collection. In compliance with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks, we commit to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your Personal Information in a timely and reasonable manner. If you do not receive timely acknowledgement of your request or have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our U.S.-based third party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request.
In addition to the above, you may lodge a complaint with your home data protection authority and can invoke binding arbitration for residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over our compliance with this Privacy Policy and the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change or modify this Privacy Policy as we deem necessary or appropriate due to changes in our business practices or changes in the law.
