HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To complete your return, please fill the return form below, by entering your Order ID and Email Address first. Return labels are provided for full-priced items on all orders within the U.S. excluding U.S. territories. Return Labels are sent via email - Please check the junk mail folder if you still have not received your label after your submit your completed form. Please allow one business day for us to email your return label. Please note we are improving our return process. After we receive your return, please expect some delays in processing your returns and receiving your refunds. Please be assured we are working diligently to process your return as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
WHAT IS SCHUTZ RETURN POLICY?
For Schutz-shoes.com orders, products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise returned. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or a refund. We are happy to offer price adjustment on items purchased at the regular price within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
Last Chance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or a refund.
To return a defected or wrong item, please contact onlinestore@arezzousa.com with clear images of wrong or defected item and explanation. Images must include views of damage, overall shoe, the soles, and the label located on the side of the white SCHUTZ box.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Return Confirmation email and your refund will be processed. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender. Refund processing time varies by financial institution. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to get reflected.
