All returns must be shipped back and cannot be returned in any of our retail locations. Returns cannot be attended to or processed in store and must be mailed back. Return labels are provided for full priced items on all orders within the U.S., this excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and all U.S. territories. Please note that Returns Facility address provided is same as NYC store but are not conjoined as they are forwarded to the Returns center. Returns are subject to refusal within store.

International orders are considered to be final sale and cannot be granted a refund nor be processed for exchanges.
SCHUTZ does not cover duties and fees to ship or return a package.

Exchanges and returns cannot be done for international orders or sale items. For exchanges on styles with a higher price difference a new order must be placed.
All orders may be exchanged up to two times. Upon exceeding exchanges order will be issued an online credit.
We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box. If merchandise is not return in its original box or in its original condition a return cannot be issued.
To return a defected or wrong item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with clear images of wrong or defected item and explanation. Images must include views of damage, overall shoe, the soles, and the label located on the side of the white SCHUTZ box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The Schutz online store accepts any return of unworn or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 (thirty) days of the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
For all international and domestic orders, If package is returned as undelivered because a contact was not present to accept or sign for the package, account will be refunded, for original amount of items purchased not including shipping and duties and taxes by SCHUTZ to receive package returned. To acquire the products once more a purchase must be made.
