SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we fulfill orders immediately upon receipt. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

For orders shipped within the US, excluding all US territories, we currently offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Ground - orders are delivered one to seven (1-7) business days after being shipped.
    • For orders $100 and more*: FREE
    • For orders $70.01 - $99.99*: $4.49
    • For orders $70 and under*: $8.98
      *Order sub-totals are based on order amount before shipping and taxes are applied.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
  • Orders placed after 1PM EST are considered to be received the next business day.  
  • Packages do not require signature upon delivery. Kindly make proper arrangements for packages to be received. 
  • We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • We ship to most destinations around the world! Please see below for more information regarding international shipments.

           

          INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

          • SCHUTZ currently offers shipping to over 190 countries and territories around the world. You can choose your local country and currency by clicking the flag on the top right of our site and selecting your options from the dropdown menus.
          • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your location. You will have the option to prepay any duties and taxes for your order at checkout or be responsible for payment on delivery if you would prefer. SCHUTZ is not responsible for any duties and fees or any outside charges processed at international destinations including returned orders.
